Below you’ll find detailed steps with links to help you get all set for your move-in here at Harbor Point. And of course your Leasing Agent is always ready to help you with any questions you might have!

This digital hub offers residents easy access to essential services and resources for a convenient living experience at Harbor Point on the Bay Apartments. From signing up for resident portal accounts to submitting maintenance requests and accessing digital newsletters, residents can find everything they need in one place.

Pick Up Your Keys🔑

Welcome to Harbor Point! Once you have completed the steps below, you're all set to begin your new chapter by picking up two sets of keys!

  1. Pay move-in fees on the resident portal:

    To start, you’ll need to pay any remaining move-in fees. This same link can be used to pay your rent throughout the rest of your time here at Harbor Point. 

  2. Set up Utilities:

    Next you’ll need to set up utilities. You’ll definitely need to set up electricity service with Eversource. Only if you’re in a townhouse will you need to set up gas service with National Grid.

Settle in to Your New Place 🏡

Settle into your new place smoothly by completing these steps:

  1. Update your address with USPS (please be sure to add all leaseholder’s names on a sticker inside your mailbox)

  2. Arrange Wi-Fi & cable through Xfinity

  3. Register for parking.

Now you're all set to make your new home feel just right!
