No More Signing In!

We recently outfitted our Fitness Center with a brand new fob access system so that you, our residents, can use the Fitness Center more freely without signing in with a desk attendant. All you need is an access card!

To all of our residents who have gate access cards for their vehicles, please request your gate card to be activated. You then will be able to use your vehicle gate access card to get into the Fitness Center during normal operating hours.

To any residents who don’t have a vehicle, all you need to do in order to get a Fitness Center Fob is give us your name and apartment address in the form on this page. Once we receive your request, we’ll issue a Fitness Center Fob to you straight away.

I agree that I am responsible for knowing and abiding by these rules while at Harbor Point on the Bay. I understand that there is a fee of $15.00 for any unreturned Fitness Center Access Fob that has been issued to me. I also understand that guests are not, under any circumstances, permitted to use the Harbor Point Fitness Center. I am aware that the Fitness Center is for resident use only and any resident permitting access to guests will be subject to eviction as a material breach of their lease.

You can register for gym access by filling out and submitting the above form.
The gym is for residents only. This policy ensures that all residents have access to gym equipment and space while also maintaining the safety of our community.
Tennis courts are first come, first served. If the doors are locked, please visit Public Safety located at 40 Westwind Rd.
You can rent equipment for tennis, ping pong, volleyball, and more at Public Safety located at 40 Westwind Rd.
