GARAGE POLICIES AND REGULATIONS
1. The Management Office handles the renting of all garage spaces. If you are interested in finding out more information about pricing and availability give us a call at 617-825-2033 or email Heidi Fallon.
2. If you find an unauthorized vehicle parked in the garage, please call Public Safety at 617-282-3555.
3. All vehicles must display proper color codes sticker at all times so it can be clearly seen from the outside of your vehicle.
4. Garages will be patrolled on a regular basis. Any vehicle parked in any of the garages without the proper sticker displayed on the rearview mirror will be towed at owner’s expense. This policy will be strictly enforced.
5. If you change vehicles or have questions about your gate access cards or stickers, please see the Leasing Office.
6. All vehicles parked in the garage must be operable and registered or be subject to being towed.
7. All vehicles must be parked between the painted lines, or be subject to being towed.
8. By signing the authorization below you are giving Harbor Point on the Bay permission to add the parking charge to your account on the first of the month. When paying your rent monthly just add the parking fee to your rent payment.
9. If you wish to release your parking spot. Send hfallon@cjmanagement.com an email with a 30 day notice to end your reserved garage parking spot. We will confirm receipt of the notice and the final month of billing and access to the garage.
10. Garage spaces are available to rent for a minimum of a four-month period. Optionally, a renter may cancel their garage parking space rental early by paying a $100 termination fee.
11. The parking permit you have been issued allows you parking privileges in your parking spot within your respective garage. The permit does not substitute for the regular Harbor Point parking decal, nor does said permit provide you with access authority onto the Harbor Point community. Please ensure that your vehicle is registered with the Harbor Point Management Office, and that you receive an access card on the Harbor Point property can be gained via the resident vehicle lanes located at each gate.

13. Harbor Point on the Bay is not responsible for damage to or loss of vehicle, its contents or accessories from any cause whatsoever.
