Vacate Letter
If moving is unavoidable please have all current leaseholders complete the vacate letter and drop it off at the Leasing Office. Please note that we require all leaseholders to provide a physical signature on the form that you provide to the Leasing Office.
If moving can be avoided please reach out to the Leasing Office. We would love to hear how we can convince you to stay with us for another few months or more.

Options to end your lease early
Option 1- Roommate Change
Resident finds replacements to take remove one or all of current leaseholders and replace them with new leaseholders.
All Current, Incoming and Outgoing Leaseholders will need to agree and sign.
There will be no changes to the current lease including rent and expiration dates

Option 2- Lease Break
Responsible until apartment is leased
Leaseholders give a complete Vacate Notice indicating the date the apartment will be vacant. Leaseholders keep paying rent until apartment is occupied.
Option 3- Lease Break
30 day notice with one month fee
Lease Break fee is equivalent to 1 Months of your current contract rent.
Leaseholders give a complete Vacate Notice indicating a one-month notice
Leaseholders have access to the apartment for 30 days after giving notice, resident responsible for the next 30 days of rent.
Leaseholders pay 1 month fee of their current contract rent as a lease break fee on the last day of residency.
We are not able to apply your Security Deposit to use as the one month lease break fee. The Security Deposit will be returned minus any damages and unpaid rent.
Security Deposit
will be returned within 30 days or your apartment being completely vacant. The Security Deposit will only be returned minus any unpaid rent and any potential damages in your apartment.
