Garage Parking Options
Garage spaces are available on a first-come basis. Spaces are rented to resident registered vehicles. Residents should have the parking permit and registered with our Harbor Point Management Office.
If you need a parking permit or have questions about obtaining a gate card for parking at Harbor Point email Heidi Fallon. If you need to register your car click on the Parking Registration Button.
Once you have a gate card and registered to park at Harbor Point please continue with the process to obtain garage parking.

Harbor Point on the Bay offers two locations to park your in covered spaces.
1 South Point Drive, Dorchester, MA 02125
This garage is fully enclosed
A single space here costs $70.00 per month
A tandem space here costs $85.00 per month
18 Oyster Bay Road, Dorchester, MA 02125
This garage is gated but is not fully enclosed
A single space here costs $60.00 per month

Available spaces are determined by the spreadsheet below
Once you pick the available space please let us know and we will assign the available space and send a confirmation email.
We will start charging your resident account on the day the space is assigned on your resident portal.
Please give us a 30 day notice to cancel your garage parking, you will continue to be charged for garage parking each month until you give us 30 day written notice to cancel.
